Build the pool from the season's stat files
The two season files as baseball-reference writes them — one row per player and team, header row on top. A man who played for more than one club is counted once, on his total line. A position player has to clear every threshold that has a number in it: fill in games, plate appearances, or both. Reading them changes nothing until you press Build.

Dice camera — setup & calibration

1. Scan and pick the camera that shows your dice. 2. Put both dice in the tray, in the light you'll play in, and press Auto-calibrate — it measures your dice and sets every threshold for you. 3. Throw a few times to confirm. The sliders below are a fallback for when something still misreads; you shouldn't normally need them. Settings persist between games.
